Once you have submitted your application and you have met all the basic selection criteria required, we will get in touch with you to arrange your interview.

Step 3 The Interview

During the interview you will be informed of:

  • The duties, tasks and responsibilities associated with the position offered

Step 4 Consideration of the Applicant

After the interview we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this time. A second interview may occur if the first is inconclusive. Step 5 The Medical Examination

Before you are appointed to a permanent position with PowerServe you must successfully pass a medical exam to determine that you are fit and healthy enough for the job. Pre-employment medicals are conducted in consultation with the job description and company policy for drug and alcohol testing and reporting.

Step 6 Employee Induction

As a new employee you will go through our employee induction process and receive a CM-07 Employee Manual for your own personal reference during your employment.
